But when that happens five years down the road, you shouldn’t have to overhaul your entire system. With our setup, you just grab a replacement tube assembly. We use standardized connectors, so it’s a simple “unplug and click” process. No stress. The Trade-off Now, being honest: modular designs mean more connection points than a sealed unit. That means we have to be extra careful about steam and humidity getting in and causing corrosion. To handle that, we use gold-plated or nickel-coated terminals. It keeps things clean and conductive, even in a steamy room. Why This Actually Matters At the end of the day, this turns a piece of hardware into a system you can actually maintain. Think about the logistics. It’s a lot easier (and cheaper) to ship a 500g tube than a 5kg heater.
