To get that deep cure, you need serious heat packed into a small space. This lamp runs on 400V, pushing out 2500W of power within a tight 300mm tube. That’s a lot of thermal punch in a compact footprint. It heats up fast and holds those high temperatures steady. And it’s not just about getting hot—it’s about where the heat goes. The concentrated output is designed to drive right through the coating, triggering the chemical reaction right where it matters: at the glass surface.
Built to Take the Heat
Inside, you’ve got a high-intensity halogen lamp sitting inside a quartz tube. We chose quartz for a reason—it can handle extreme heat shock and lets that infrared energy pass through cleanly. The tube itself has a special coating that fine-tunes the infrared spectrum, so the energy hits the coating just right. It all connects through an R7s connector, a solid, low-resistance link that can handle the high current without getting sloppy or overheating. This thing is built to run, day after day, on a production line.
