You spend all that time prepping, only to find these tiny pinholes and bubbles staring back at you.&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s why it happens: air and solvents get trapped in the coating and try to escape. But if the surface dries too quickly—basically &amp;ldquo;skinning over&amp;rdquo;—those gases have nowhere to go.
